We are an award winning RCVS Tier 3/BVHA Veterinary Hospital practice situated on the Kent/London border. Our vibrant practice has a busy caseload of both 1st opinion and referral work. We employ 18 vets including several certificate/diploma holders and are equipped to the very highest standard possible.
Reporting directly to the managing director, your role will be to provide strong leadership and management to a large team of vets. With 14 direct reports it is vital that you have a track record of successfully managing a team in a commercial environment.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
MRCVS status is essential for this role. Previous successful management experience in any sector and/or a business qualification (Degree or post graduate qualification) would be a distinct advantage.
