Head Nurse Vacancy
Parkvets is an a Tier3/BVHA Vet Hospital situated on the Kent/London border. Our vibrant practice has a busy caseload of both first opinion and referral work. We employ 18 vets and 23 nurses including several certificate/diploma holders. We are equipped to an extremely high standard and are committed to providing the best care for our patients.
Our nurses have high levels of responsibility, running their own clinics, training, theatre management, pharmacy and stock management.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and training for the capable and enthusiastic nursing team. They should be clinically adept but also possess strong managerial and personnel skills. They should ideally hold an A1 Assessor Certificate and be familiar with the current BVNA syllabus.
- 45 hours per week, no on-call
- 5 weeks holiday
- £500 annual CPD allowance
