A Warm Welcome
When you arrive at a Parkvets clinic you'll be greeted by the friendly faces of our client care team. Our team are trained to look after you and your pet whilst at the surgery and can answer many of the questions you may have on arrival.
You'll find no NHS style 'protect-the-doctor-at-all-costs' receptionists at Parkvets. We all realise the importance of your pet, and its wellbeing comes first - every time!
Teamwork
At Parkvets we don't see our work as a job - it's a vocation! Working together for the good of your pet is a common goal at Parkvets. The relaxed atmosphere that our camaraderie provides will make you and your pet feel more at home when you visit us.
We're Pet Owners As Well
Don't forget that almost every member of the Parkvets team is a pet owner as well. We know how much your pet means to you - the same as our pets mean to us! And we promise not to forget it. Your pet will be treated as one of the Parkvets family!
Facilities and Training Second to None
At Parkvets we pride ourselves on the level of expertise we can provide. We operate the only 24hr veterinary hospital in the area. We invest heavily in training for all staff and our levels of equipment cannot be matched anywhere locally. All the vets at Parkvets are first and foremost General Practitioners, but most of us have an area of special interest. Our current expertise areas are:

- Imaging

- Avian and Exotics.
In short, if your pet has a problem - chances are we can help.
Spacious Kennels to Help Your Pet Recover
If your pet does ever need to stay in our hospital for a few nights your can be sure that they'll sleep in a spacious and clean kennel. We employ dedicated kennel staff, managed by our nursing team that make sure that your pet is monitored, exercised, cuddled and groomed for as long as they are with us.
When You Need Us...
...we'll be there. If the worst happens, the Parkvets hospital is always there for you. Night or day, rain or shine - we are staffed 24hrs a day for 365 days per year. Without exception.
Home Time!
Finally, the best bit of our job! Getting your pet back to full health. Working with your pets gives us an enormous amount of pleasure. Absolutely nothing comes close to the feeling we get when your pet is reunited with you.
We can see how much making your pet better means to you, and that is the biggest reward of all - to know we are making a difference to the lives of your family.
