Self praise is no praise at all. The following was written by Parkvets regular Mrs. Beadle.
"Care and Excellence" is the phrase adopted by Parkvets. Having been a client at Parkvets for a number of years, I wholeheartedly agree. From receptionists to vets to management I have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful, efficient and ready to accommodate.
Pets cannot be relied upon to need a vet from the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. In fact, in my experience they are more likely to require treatment in the middle of the night or at the weekend. So it is invaluable to me to know that there is always a vet on duty at Parkvets, I am never turned away or sent to an unknown practice.
They also have the latest technology and expertise. Many tests are performed on the premises giving results within minutes.
A special thanks goes to Juliette Peck, veterinary surgeon, who has always helped me, at times beyond the call of duty. Also thanks to Petplan insurance without whom one of my dogs would never have survived this long.
