The Parkvets Dental Charter

Parkvets believe that dental care is paramount to a long and pain free healthy life for pets committed to our care.

As such we undertake to:

1. Ensure your pet's teeth are assessed each time you see one of our vets as a routine part of our overall clinical exam.
2. Offer free dental assessments with our Qualified Vet Nurses at any time during the year and as often as a client wants throughout the year.
3. Use the best equipment available to ensure your pet makes a full and speedy recovery from its surgery.
4. Continually update our dental skills.
5. Offer all clients who undertake to deal with their pet's dental problems quickly (within 14 days of diagnosis) a 10% discount as incentive to take positive action for the benefit of their pet.
6. To be leaders and advocates locally in the field of pet dentistry.

To this end we have:

1. Nursing clinics available at each branch at least once each week.
2. Invested a large and ongoing sum of money in two dedicated theatres containing the latest dental equipment including digital X-ray facilities.
3. Instituted a training program for vets.
4. Worked with the local community to raise awareness about dental health of pets' via media releases, school visits and information provision on our website.
