The job of providing support for the night vet and night nurse, whilst giving care and reassurance to our patients, is challenging and busy, stimulating and rewarding. As an entry level role it is all about learning what it takes to deliver the standards of hygiene, care and service that Parkvets in known for. Successful VCAs often move onto being student nurses and ultimately to becoming RVNs with the practice. There is support for this development and Parkvets actively encourages learning opportunities. Working 1 week on and 1 week off between 10pm and 6am, the role is perfect for animal loving night owls, who want to begin their journey into veterinary work.
