The Admin Team
Because we process hundreds of insurance claim forms each week we have a dedicated team of people who work hard to submit each claim within 5 working days of receipt. And our accounts team are here to deal with any financial queries you may have.
Sticklers for detail Julia, Nicole, Helen and Lauren also look after the administration of our growing pet health care club ensuring that details are up to date and that our members get the benefits they have paid for.
Sidcup Hospital
As the very heart of the practice our RCVS accredited Sidcup head office provides the clinical facilities for all our clinic vets and for the hospital team.
With its extensive facilities, equipment, in-patient wards and laboratory, the hospital is home to nine veterinary surgeons, the 24HourVet team, 35 nurses and a host of administrative support staff, all working hard to provide the absolute best in patient care. It’s quite a team!
Client Care
Working in our Client Care team is not for the faint hearted as our 25 receptionists and telephonists are expected to do what it takes to make our clients’ lives that bit easier. Team Managers Linda, Laura, and Tina have been part of the Parkvets practice for many years and know just how complex this can be, but their training and development program has allowed them to nurture a service ethos and build a truly exceptional team.
Laboratory
Vets make decisions every day based on the results of diagnostic tests, so the speed, accuracy and reliability of the interpretation of these results are vital to our patients’ welfare.
That is why Parkvets has invested significantly in equipment and chooses to staff the lab with highly trained scientists. Sylvia heads up the team and is supported by Sylvia, Patricia and Tom.
Nurses
Nursing managers Suzanne Smith and Natalie Magee team up with Prep Manager Alex Emery to deliver the very best medical and surgical nursing to our patients. Collectively they bring over 20 years of experience to their jobs and manage a team of almost 40 nurses and care assistants.
With expertise across a range of disciplines from Critical Care to Anaesthesia, the nursing team is as diverse as it is talented and the Managers work hard to bring out the very best in every team member.
